Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature or hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bed Frames (special order items)
- Made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure we have all necessary information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Once approved:
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original tags and documentation
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to the address we provide (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
Step 4: Inspection and Processing
Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the returned item. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify the replacement item in your request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
Note: Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees cannot be refunded
