We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature or hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Bed Frames (special order items)
  • Made-to-order furniture pieces
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

Step 3: Package and Ship

  • Repackage item securely in original packaging with all tags
  • Mark RMA number clearly on the package
  • Ship to provided address (return shipping at customer’s expense)

Step 4: Inspection and Processing

We inspect returns upon receipt (3-5 business days processing). You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
